Ursus Arma LLC is an Active Duty owned and operated small business that was initially started as a ballistic material development initiative.  The name originated from that initiative being armor "Arma" that is as strong as a bear "Ursus" which coined the name Ursus Arma or "Bear Armor."  This was all pre-LLC and the testing seized due to a drastic change in focus and prioritization.  The target then evolved into developing high quality firearm components and gear with an aim at equipping the defense industry with high quality equipment that doesn't really exist on the market and to also spearhead new gear/components that are more ergonomic, functional, and developed from a "make your gear work for you" ideology.  We don't exist as a copy and paste organization to replicate what is already there, our mission is to make foundational enhancements where they matter most. Ursus Arma LLC  specializes in developing high-quality, functional, and innovative products to fill gaps in the gear and accessory industry. We are dedicated to creating unique solutions where others have fallen short, focusing on quality, function, and innovation to meet and/or exceed the needs of our customers.  Lastly, we don't fund our competitors.  Everything is made in the U.S.A including our gear which is all hand made by Ursus Arma LLC.
